ABSTRACT

Medium-Mn steels are energetically investigated as a candidate of the third generation advanced high strength steels (AHSSs). However, their phase transformation and microstructaure evolution during various heat treatments and thermomechanical processing are still unclear. The present study first confirmed the kinetics of static phase transformation behaviour in a 3Mn-0.1C medium-Mn steel. Hot compression tests were also carried out to investigate the influence of high-temperature deformation of austenite on subsequent microstructure evolution. It was found that static ferrite transformation was quite slow in this steel, but ferrite transformation was greatly accelerated by the hot deformation in austenite and ferrite two-phase regions. Characteristic dual-phase microstructures composed of martensite and fine-grained ferrite were obtained, which exhibited superior mechanical properties.

In the present work, the microstructural evolution and hardness of HSLA X70 joined by friction stir welding were investigated. The FSW was applied to HSLA X70 with and without the addition of titanium dioxide (TiO2) powders. To evaluate the microstructural features and hardness of different weld zones, optical microscopy and Vickers microhardness measurements were applied. The results show that the distribution of TiO2 powders is strongly dependent on the applied friction stir processing, which in turn changed significantly the microstructure and hardness profile. In this regard, the optimum stirring action resulted in a homogeneous and fine dispersion of particles leading to the domination of an acicular ferrite phase with a hardness of 370 HV. On the other hand, the lower stirring action resulted in coarse particles as well as the development of the polygonal ferrite structure with a hardness of ~185 HV.  相似文献

During present investigations, an attempt was made to understand the effect of mean stress and oxidation on low cycle fatigue (LCF) behaviour of CM 247 DS LC alloy at T?=?850°C. A significant reduction in fatigue life was observed during LCF tests conducted at strain ratio (R) of 0 as compared to R?=??1. Reduction in fatigue life is attributed to the synergistic effect of mean stress, oxidation and the expanding precipitates within the grain boundaries which imparts high stresses at the grain boundary leading to the intergranular cracking. Additionally, to account the effect of mean stress on fatigue life of the alloy CM 247 DS LC empirical relations developed by Smith–Watson–Topper (SWT) and Morrow were used.  相似文献

摘要:对比研究了3种直立内热炉半焦(熄焦方式分别为水泡熄焦、喷水熄焦及烟气干熄焦)及一种流化床热解半焦的微观结构及燃烧性能。通过对半焦组成、孔隙结构、有机官能团、碳化学结构及半焦微晶结构分析,获得了不同低温热解工艺半焦的组成及微观结构特点,明确了组成及微观结构与燃烧性能之间的关系。结果表明,不同热解工艺半焦的组成和微观结构差异明显,其对半焦的燃烧性能影响显著。干熄焦碳化学结构缺陷比例大,快速热解半焦孔隙结构发0达、挥发分高,与水喷焦相比水泡焦石墨化程度低;水喷焦燃烧性能优于水泡焦,干法所得半焦的燃烧性优于湿法;半焦的挥发分含量决定其燃点,在快升温速率条件下孔隙结构对半焦的燃烧性能影响较大,而慢升温速率条件下有序化度对半焦的燃烧性能影响较大。  相似文献

最近5年,大桥缆索用镀锌钢丝抗拉强度有了大幅提高,从1 770 MPa级、1 860 MPa级、1 960 MPa级到目前的2 000 MPa及以上级别,扭转指标有了颠覆性的改变,从之前的几转到目前的十几转、二十几转。论述了国内外钢铁企业生产大桥缆索镀锌钢丝用盘条的不同现状。从成分设计、生产工艺流程、盘条韧化处理方式和组织特点等方面进行阐述,讨论了国内外不同生产工艺特点及发展趋势,为中国大桥缆索镀锌钢丝用盘条的生产提供理论支持。  相似文献

The thin‐film morphology of stereoregular syndiotactic poly(p‐methylstyrene)–(cis‐1,4‐polybutadiene) (sP(pMS–B)) multiblock copolymers has been investigated using tapping mode atomic force microscopy with variation of the polymer composition and monomer block lengths. The morphology of the thin films ranges from isolated circular domains of sP(pMS) embedded into a matrix of polybutadiene (PB) to isolated domains of PB embedded into a matrix of sP(pMS), passing through bicontinuous (jagged) lamellae when the pMS concentration is in the range 20–67 mol%. Multiple folding of the polymer segments, i.e. where reciprocal inclusions of polymer segments to each other phase are able to generate greater domain, has been postulated and validated by considerations on the polymer architecture and the thermal and crystalline behaviour. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

(1-x)Sr0.7Pb0.15Bi0.1TiO3-xBi4Ti3O12 ((1-x)SPBT-xBIT, x = 0-0.125) bulk ceramics were developed and calcined via the solid-state method, aimed at the application of pulsed power capacitors. The phase structures, temperature stability, hysteresis loop, and discharge properties were systematically investigated. Considering both the temperature stability and dielectric properties, 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT bulk ceramics with a capacitance variation satisfying the X7R specification were developed for pulsed power capacitors. The energy storage density was 0.252 J/cm3, and the ceramics showed high temperature stability at 80 kV/cm. The discharge current waveforms of the 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT ceramics were recorded. A high discharge power density of approximately 1.01 × 108 W/kg with an 8 Ω load resistor and short discharge period of 84 ns were achieved at 50 kV/cm. The good temperature stability properties and high power density show that the 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT ceramics are well suited for pulsed power capacitors with a wide temperature range.  相似文献

苏里格气田是中国典型的致密砂岩气藏,构造简单、平缓,横向非均质性强,有效储层与围岩声学特征差别小,地震响应不明显,常规地震监测方法预测难度大,但气田含气砂岩泊松比低,是地震气藏检测的有效参数。利用弹性全波形反演精度高和能处理复杂非均质介质的优势,反演地层拉梅常数、剪切模量和密度,并计算泊松比,从而进行气藏预测。重点阐述了苏里格气田多分量数据全波形反演初始模型建模、先验模型建模和地震数据预处理3个关键问题的处理方法。二维三分量数据反演和"甜点"预测结果表明:①对于具有强非均质性的苏里格气田,利用全波形反演获得精度较高的地层弹性参数能显著提高气藏预测的准确度;②苏里格地区构造简单、平缓,利用常规叠加速度并结合构造解释可以建立比较好的初始模型,从而有效地解决了周波跳跃和局部极小的难题;③先验知识的约束和地震数据的预处理是全波形反演成功应用于苏里格气田气藏检测的关键。  相似文献

摘要:为研究轧制过程中氧化物粒子对母材组织性能的影响,提出了一种只在再结晶区进行轧制的新工艺路线,利用常规冶炼及氧化物冶炼的实验钢分析其轧态显微组织、力学性能及相变过程。结果表明:在新轧制工艺下,氧化物冶金钢母材显微组织由常规的贝氏体板条束变为针状铁素体,其基体具有良好的力学性能,-80℃冲击韧性达149J;热轧工艺下的组织转变分两阶段进行,初期是针状铁素体的形核和晶粒细化,之后贝氏体相变被限制在针状铁素体板条间构成的区域内。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of an advanced performance system on the tribological behavior of brake pad material using a specially designed brake pad tester system following standard SAE J-661. The tribological behavior and friction and wear characteristics of the organic brake pad samples were evaluated. During braking tests, the samples, in contact with a cast iron disk, were studied at different disc speeds, temperatures, and braking cycles under a constant pressure. In order to understand the friction and wear behavior, the unworn surfaces, worn surfaces, and wear debris were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX). Furthermore, the surface characteristics and differences in the wear modes of the brake pad samples were examined. Wear debris was permitted to deform the brake pad surfaces, leading to friction layers and enabling the estimation of the friction behavior of the brake pads. The results showed that the best friction–wear behavior was obtained with lower braking cycles at low speeds and temperature. Thus, the newly developed brake pad tester system proved very effective in evaluating the performance of the brake pad samples.  相似文献
